Car for the production of ice cream on stick planned for developing in simple, fast and repetitive way the production. Ready Stick Easy is a car of simple use with essential functions and easily interpretable.
CHARACTERISTICS
The car is divided in three sections: two cold tubs destined to the cooling and a warm part destined to the separation of the product from I stamp him/it. All the tubs are in steel inox AISI 304 printed with radiated angles and deprived of weldings on the edges and on the fund. The two cold tubs reach a temperature of -45°C allowing a congelation of the product in contained times. The warm tub reaches a temperature of 35/40°C creating in the moment of the separation a thermal start of around 80°C.
The car is commanded by a logical planner with screen Touch Screen from 3.5' of easy use and interpretation. Three buttons for the lighting e/o turning off of the relative tubs that I/you/they are completely independent among them. Once turned on the symbol of the cold or the warm one it will appear and you/he/she will be asked to attend up to the attainment of the planned temperatures. The reading of the temperature happens through sonte PT100 with the precision of the tenth one of degree. The times of production are planned by the consumer and verified by the processor. At the end of the calculations an acoustic signal, different for the two cold tubs, it will tell us some departed time. If we desire we can extract the podotto from the cold tub or in alternative, if we are doing other, the car will continue in the process of demolition of the product.
POINTS OF STRENGTH
Production 144 Pz/hs with car in temperature. The production can vary according to the temperature of the inserted product however. Possibility of intercambiare the forms of the product ended with a choice of 20 different dice. Washing of I stamp him/it directly used in sink or lavastoviglie. The ended product doesn't need an abbattitore. Spent the planned time the car it maintains the products unchanged.
